USA Domestic shipping 

Standard US Shipping $4.90 

Free standard shipping when you spend $40 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory Holidays will be shipped out the following 1-2 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Standard shipping takes up to 8 days. If you do not receive your items within 14 days of placing your order (in the USA),  please reach out to us at ciao@espressoh.com.

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email ciao@espressoh.com.

Please be aware that due to the high volume of orders we receive during peak times of the year you may experience a slightly slower delivery service. Thank you for your patience!

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Espressoh guarantees the quality of the products sold in its online store, however, if, for any reason, you wish to return your order or a part of it, we will be happy to accept the return within 14 days from the delivery date or date of purchase made at our Flagship Store in Milan (via Donizetti, 8). If your product is damaged please make sure you let us know within the 30 day period date from delivery or date of purchase made at the Flagship Store in Milan.

Our return/exchange policy implies compliance with certain conditions:

  • The product must be intact and not used
  • The tag must still be attached to the garment
  • The product must not be damaged

In order to respect the hygienic conditions, products MUST NOT HAVE BEEN OPENED.
Espressoh, therefore, reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not comply with the conditions.

In order to authorize the return, we kindly ask you to inform Espressoh within 14 days from the delivery date sending an e-mail to help@espressoh.it specifying order number and name on the order. We might ask you to send a pic of the received item to show its conditions. We also kindly ask you to inform us whether you prefer a refund or a change.

If you choose to obtain a refund, Espressoh will reimburse the total amount paid MINUS the shipping cost specified in the order. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once we have processed the return and refunded the amount using the payment method selected by you. Reimbursement may be hold until Espressoh checks the conditions of the products returned.

In case you choose the option of change, you’ll receive an e-mail with the new shipment’s tracking number. In this case, no extra cost is required.

Espressoh will not be liable for the cost of returning the products, i.e. shipping cost for returns are taken by the Client.

In case of defective/damaged/different than ordered item, please contact us at  help@espressoh.it and we’ll find together the best solution for you.

To return a product purchased in the expressOh Flagship store in Milan, you can do it at Via Donizetti 8 store, showing the receipt- mandatory- (always within 14 days from the date of purchase). The staff will examine the conditions of the product and proceed to authorize or deny the return. Once authorized, you will be able to choose between the exchange or refund to the payment method used.

ORDER MODIFICATION

Once the order has been processed and confirmed we are sorry but we are unable to change it, in this case you will have to go through the return process once you receive your order.
