1.1 The object of the current Terms and conditions is the espressOh Loyalty Program RistOhrante service on the website https://www.espressoh.shop/

2. THE CONTRACT
2.1 The following Terms and Conditions apply to the espressOh Loyalty Program RistOhrante ("The Loyalty Program"). When you create an account on espressoh.com you agree to be automatically signed up to the Loyalty Program and you agree to the Terms & Conditions of the program.
2.2 When you create an account and sign up to The Loyalty Program and you opt in to marketing emails, you will receive marketing communication for the Loyalty Program where updates on your profile will be communicated including but not limited to welcoming you to a new level, sending you promotional codes to redeem your rewards and informing you of your point status.
2.3 When you become a member of The Loyalty Program you will accumulate points when you purchase products on espressoh.com and our espressoh pop-ups alone, not from any other online or physical store selling espressOh products. The points you accumulate will place you in one of three Levels. Each level offers a series of rewards that you are entitled to redeem as a member of The Loyalty Program. Check this page to see all the rewards for each level.
2.4. The Program started on October 2nd 2023 and will end on April 2nd 2025. On April 3rd 2025 member's points will expire and they will return back to Tier 1. From April 3rd 2025 the program renews and we start from scratch with new gifts and rewards. Points will expire on April 3rd 2025 for everyone regardless of when you signed up to the program.
2.5. Your points will be approved after 14 days. During this period they will remain 'pending'. If you do not return your purchase after 14 days the points will be approved. If you did return your purchase in the 14 day return period your pending points would not be approved but will appear as 'cancelled'. Points accumulated in our pop-up stores will take longer than the 14 days period to appear in your account.
2.6 You will receive promotional codes by email and you are entitled to redeem them with your next purchase.
Birthday 15% and 30% off
For percentage off codes (birthday 15% and 30% off) you will need to be logged into your loyalty account for the code to work. Only one code can be used. If the 15% or 30% off brings you below the €49 free shipping threshold you will be charged for shipping. These promotions cannot be combined with other discounts including Sets and/or other promo codes. Offer expires 19 months from the date you created an account. Only valid at espressoh.com. These codes are birthday codes and will only be sent on the day of your birthday if you filled in your date of birth on your account page. Birthday dates cannot be changed. If you are in Tier 1 when your birthday takes place you will receive a 15% off your next order. If you are in Tier 3 when your birthday takes place you will receive a 30% off your next purchase.
Free gifts: Mini MirrOr, Mini Mascara, RistOhrante Sweater
Please note that you will need to be logged into your loyalty account to receive these gifts. You will be provided with a link to access the gifts and once you login from the link you will see the page for the gift. Once you add it to your cart as well as at least one product you will be purchasing (including Sets) you can checkout with your gift. Only one gift per purchase is allowed. Only loyalty customers in the relevant Tier will be able to order each gift once. These promotions cannot be combined with other promotions. Offer expires 19 months from the date you created an account. Only valid at espressoh.com.
Free Mini MirrOhr is available when you reach Tier 2, the Mini Mascara in Black or Moka is available if your birthday takes place when you're in Tier 2 and the RistOhrante Sweater is available when you reach Tier 3. Please note that the Mini Intenso Mascara Gift is not the same product page as the one we sell online in the 'eyes' category so you cannot add this directly from the website. It's only accessible from the email we will send you.
2.7 Points will not be added to your account if you were not logged into your loyalty account at the point of purchase. However, our team will be able to add your points manually.
2.8 You can receive points for purchases (€1 equals 5 points), creating an account (20 points), following us on Instagram (10 points) and for leaving a review (25 points). Points will only be allocated one time for each action.
2.9 You will receive an email 2 weeks after your online order was shipped where you can leave your review and as long as you use your RistOhrante loyalty email you will be assigned your 25 points. Please note that you will be assigned 25 points for every product you review, only for products you have purchased and only once per product. If you want to leave a review for a product you’ve purchased directly from the site, you will not be assigned the 25 points so ensure you leave a review from the email we send you. Reviews for orders in our pop-up stores cannot earn points.
2.10 If you return your order to receive a refund, the points you had previously accumulated on 'pending' will be cancelled.
2.11 espressOh is entitled to change the rewards associated with The Loyalty Program at any time. Please note that the Program started on October 2nd 2023 and will end on April 2nd 2025. On April 3rd 2025 member's points will expire and they will return back to Tier 1. From April 3rd 2025 the program renews and we start from scratch with new gifts and rewards. 2.12 The Loyalty Program is for personal use only. The points you earn with your purchases belong to you alone and cannot be transferred to anyone else or used in any other way than what is outlined one The Loyalty Program page.
2.13 Gift Cards: if you purchase a gift card you will receive points for that. If you are using a Gift Card that was gifted to you, you will not receive points for that.
3. YOUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE A CONTRACT
3.1 If you would like to terminate your loyalty account, you can email us at email@example.com. Once we perform this action you will loose the points you had accumulated.
4. OUR RIGHT TO TERMINATE A CONTRACT
4.1 We reserve the right to terminate any Member's account if we believe that the Member has breached the Terms and Conditions of The Loyalty Program by providing false information in order to benefit from the program in improper ways.
4.2 We are entitled to suspend or terminate The Loyalty Program at any time at our discretion. Members would be notified if this were to happen and their accounts would be terminated.
