How do I join the RistOhrante Loyalty Program? + -
WHAT ARE ANTIPASTI, PRIMI AND DESSERT? + -
They represent the three different levels of the loyalty program. Each level has its own rewards. Antipasti (level 1): Points 1-500, Primi (level 2): Points 501-1000 and Dessert (level 3): Points 1000+.
WHAT ARE POINTS? + -
Points are what you need to move up the levels in the RistOhrante. For every $1 you spent you get 5 points.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS AND EARN REWARDS? + -
Every time you make a purchase on our website you earn points. $1 equals to 5 points. Points are what you need to move up the levels in the RistOhrante. Each level has its own rewards. See the rewards table on this page to see the rewards for each level.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS? + -
Everything will be communicated to you by email. You will receive emails for new products or discount previews, exclusive content and masterclass invites. To redeem your product rewards you will also receive emails giving you a promo code or gift with your next order. Make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter and keep an eye on your inbox 👀 If you're not subscribed, you can sign up from the homepage where it says 'join our mailing list'.
DO MY POINTS EXPIRE? + -
Yes, your points expire 18 months after you join the RistOhrante. You will then go back to Level 1 and start a new journey with new exciting rewards!
WHERE DO I CHECK MY POINTS? + -
All promo codes will be sent to you by email. Make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter and keep an eye on your inbox 👀 If you're not subscribed, you can sign up from the homepage where it says 'join our mailing list'.
WHAT DOES 'PENDING', 'APPROVED', 'CANCELLED' MEAN? + -
You will see these next to your points in the table at the bottom of this page when you are logged in. 'Pending' appears because points take 14 days to be approved. Until they are approved you will remain in the same Tier. After the 14 days from your order points will be approved and your Tier will be updated if you purchased enough to move to the next Tier. Cancelled means you returned your order and it was refunded. Those points will be deducted from your pending balance.
DO I LOOSE POINTS IF MY ORDER IS REFUNDED? + -
Yes, once your order is refunded the points you had accumulated from that order will be deducted from your balance. Your points will remain 'pending' during the return period of 14 days so if you do return your purchase we will remove the 'pending' points.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PROMO CODES? + -
Your birthday gift will be sent to you on your birthday. Make sure you have filled in the date of birth on your account. When you reach the ‘Primi’ level you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your free Mini MirrOhr with your next purchase. When you reach the ‘Dessert’ level you will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem your free espressOh Sweater with your next purchase.
DO COUPON CODES EXPIRE? + -
We want to give you enough time to use them so they expire 19 months from when you signed up to the RistOhrante.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMO CODES IN ONE TRANSACTION? + -
You can only use one promo code per transaction. Sets are not included with percentage off promotions (Birthday 15% and 30% off) but they are included in the product gift promotions (free Mini Mascara, Free Mini MirrOhr, Free RistOrante Sweater).
DO I GET POINTS FOR PURCHASING ESPRESSOH PRODUCTS IN STORE? + -
Yes, you can accumulate points for your purchases in our espressOh pop-up stores. You will need to provide your email address to the in-store team and ensure you are signed up to the program. Points accumulated in store might be slower to appear in your account. If you didn't give your email address in store, please contact us at email@example.com with a picture of your receipt and we will do it manually for you.
CAN I GET MY REWARDS IF I PURCHASE AT AN ESPRESSOH STORE? + -
You can accumulate points when you shop in our pop-up stores but you can only redeem your rewards by shopping on our online store.
WILL MY POINTS GET ADDED IF I WASN'T LOGGED IN WHEN I MADE A PURCHASE? + -
No, unfortunately they will not be registered so make sure you log in with the email you are registered to RistOhrante with. If you weren’t logged in when you made a purchase and would like your points, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can do it manually for you.
I MADE A PURCHASE BUT I CAN'T SEE THE POINTS IN MY ACCOUNT? + -
Points take 14 days to be approved and appear on your account. We only assign points to customers who are signed up to RistOhrante and who use the email they signed up with to make their purchase. If you are signed up to RistOhrante and did make a purchase with the email you signed up with, we’re sorry about the inconvenience! Get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will be able to help you out!
HOW DO I LEAVE A PRODUCT REVIEW AND GET MY POINTS? + -
You will receive an email 2 weeks after your purchase where you can leave your review and as long as you use your RistOhrante loyalty email you will be assigned your 25 points. Please note that you will only be assigned points once for each order. If you want to leave a review for a product you’ve purchased directly from the site, you will not be assigned the 25 points so ensure you leave a review from the email we send you.
IF I'M ALREADY A CUSTOMER, DO I NEED TO SIGN UP TO THE PROGRAM? + -
If you are a customer but do not have an account with us, you will need to sign up to the program. To do so, go to the Loyalty Program page here and click on ‘Join Now’. You can also join by creating a customer account on this page. If you already have an account, you are automatically enrolled. Log in and go to the bottom of this page to see how many points you have accumulated so far.
ONCE I JOIN THE PROGRAM WILL MY PREVIOUS SPEND BE INCLUDED? + -
No, unfortunately we can’t do that. You will start earning points from the moment you join the program onwards.
CAN I EXPECT THE REWARDS TO CHANGE AFTER A WHILE? + -
Yes. We will be updating the gifts every 18 months starting from October 2023 so you might see the gifts changing depending on when you sign up. This is so you can experience a new rewards journey if you are part of the loyalty program for more than 18 months.
HOW DO I OPT OUT OF RISTOHRANTE? + -
