USA Domestic shipping 

Standard US Shipping $4.90 

Free standard shipping when you spend $40 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Statutory Holidays will be shipped out the following 1-2 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number

Standard shipping takes up to 8 days. If you do not receive your items within 14 days of placing your order (in the USA),  please reach out to us at ciao@espressoh.com

Please be aware that due to the high volume of orders we receive during peak times of the year you may experience a slightly slower delivery service. Thank you for your patience!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the product received is damaged or if you received the wrong article or color, sorry for that we will send you a new one without any additional cost.

Espressoh guarantees the quality of the products sold in its online store, however, if, for any reason, you wish to return your order or a part of it, we will be happy to accept the return within 14 days from the delivery date.
Our return/exchange policy implies compliance with certain conditions:

  • The product must be intact and not used
  • The tag must still be attached to the garment
  • The product must not be damaged

In order to respect the hygienic conditions, products MUST NOT HAVE BEEN OPENED.
Espressoh, therefore, reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not comply with the conditions.
In order to return a product the Client must inform Espressoh within 14 days from the delivery date sending an e-mail to ciao@espressoh.com specifying order number and name on the order.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once we have processed the return and refunded the amount using the payment method selected by you. Reimbursement may be hold until Espressoh checks the conditions of the products returned.

Espressoh will not be liable for the cost of returning the products, i.e. shipping cost for returns are taken by the Client.

How to return any item: send an email to ciao@espressoh.com including your name, address, and Order # and we’ll help you place the return.

ORDER MODIFICATION

Once the order has been processed and confirmed we are sorry but we are unable to change it, in this case you will have to go through the return process once you receive your order.
